After the 60’s and 70’s and fatal plague infected most the banana platantion so the company decided to retire and sell the properties to now called “Palma tica” a vegetal oil company. Thousands of thousand of hectáreas of African palm oil are harvested every year making this company one of the biggest of the region. Back to the house, you will get ocean / sunsets views every day, security, tranquility, WiFi Internet, sofa beds, hammocks, bunk beds, 1 double bed with a new mattress and 5 minutes to everything in town.
