The 3900 sq ft contemporary home features a spacious open floor plan with every modern comfort. Four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms accommodate 10 guests with comfort and privacy while offering expansive communal spaces. Accordion doors span the front and back of the house, sliding wide open to the lush botanical gardens and the natural outdoor beauty of Costa Rica. Enjoy the cooling mountain breeze and hear the cry of sparring toucans and breaking surf while you take in the views from the garden and infinity pool, or the balcony that spans the home’s entire second level.
The spacious kitchen with U.S. spec appliances offers all the necessary amenities to host friends and family.
