Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Our first night was fine - decent clean room with a view of the pool - and the staff were nice. The pool is also nice and refreshing.

Negative: We stayed another night after a jungle trek and they put us in a different room (same price) - which was terrible - amongst other things, one window was on the corridor and the other a pile of dirt. The staff helped us after we complained and moved us to a better category room - which wasn't clean and the sheets were stained. Breakfast was okay but small (especially before a whole day out), and they make you decide the afternoon before what you want and what time you want it.
