From the top floor of the villa, visitors can play cards, shoot the breeze, sip on drinks and enjoy picturesque sightlines of the ocean just below. There are direct views of Cano Island and the mesmerizing Osa Peninsula from this area, and it isn't uncommon, at the right time of year, to see migrating whales from the upstairs room. Other common visitors to the property include monkeys, toucans, pizotes, butterflies and frogs.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. Each room features an on-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third room features a queen mattress. The full-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and plenty of cooking gear, is also located on the middle floor.
