The home was recently renovated with many new updates/amenities including new furniture. Granite countertops in all 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and counter bar. Tile showers, and hard flooring throughout. Xfinity internet and YouTube TV, games for children/adults, puzzles, and pool toys/floats provided. Large lanai with a new outdoor Samsung TV and patio furniture. Newly installed lighting in the lanai. Recently added solar heating system for pool, with electrical backup, so the pool is the perfect temperature! There is also beach umbrellas, a utility wagon, coolers, and beach chairs if you choose to visit one of the nearby beaches. New smart TV's to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. This home is one of the largest in the community with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. All new linens and towels, which are provided. Plenty of room with a formal dining room, kitchen, living room and family room. The home is 6.5 miles from Fort Myers Bridge, 6 miles from Bunche Beach, and 10 miles from the Sanibel Causeway. Lakes Park is about 2 miles away which has various attractions. Castle Golf is right next door to Lakes Park. Sanibel Outlets are less than 5 miles, and Miromar Outlets (much larger) is about 20 miles away. We have close access to Publix, Super Target, Walmart, Costco, etc.
