Our apartment is located on Canal 3, in Santos, directly across from the beach. Just cross the street to enjoy the best of the seafront. The location is excellent, safe, and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for families with children. In the bedroom, there are two single beds that can be joined together or kept separate. We provide bed sheets only for use as a double bed.
The apartment has only one bathroom, which is accessed by all guests through the suite. There is also a balcony with a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset.
The open-plan kitchen is compact and equipped for simple meals. It features a two-burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, minibar, sandwich maker, pans, and basic utensils. For safety and comfort, we kindly ask you to avoid frying food, as the kitchen does not have the proper setup for it.
We provide double bed sheets (only for joined beds), pillows, and bath towels for up to 2 guests. If you plan to use the sofa bed, please bring additional sheets and towels, as well as your own beach towels and sarongs for greater comfort when enjoying the sand.
The building offers excellent amenities, including a pool, gym, self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos – paid separately), and 24-hour reception with easy check-in handled by the reception team.
The apartment voltage is 220V.
Accommodations and Facilities:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, as well as the full leisure facilities of the building, which include a swimming pool and a gym.
Pet Policy: We know how important pets are to families, so we welcome one small pet per booking, as long as the animal knows how to do its business in the appropriate place. If you bring your pet, it is necessary to add the animal to your guest count, with an additional charge.
Additionally, dogs that bark when left alone are not permitted to stay alone in the apartment, to ensure comfort and tranquility for all guests.
