Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at DD Lodge. My family, ages ranging from 94 years to three years, and I booked this property for a family vacation and it was perfect! The Lodge is amazing, very spacious and beautiful! The property is very clean and very well maintained, with all the amenities we were looking for and more. We enjoyed our morning coffee and stargazing in the four-season room, grilling, and nighttime campfires roasting s’mores with the kids. The location of the lodge made it an easy drive to must see attractions and the Wells Township Park for a childhood/friends reunion. Our host Nancy was very nice, responsive and promptly communicated with us, making it a smooth process before, during and after our stay. Very much appreciated the “welcome information”that was sent about DD Lodge, directions, things to do, etc. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend DD Lodge when visiting the U.P.
