The Pet Friendly* - Berne Chalet newly updated 3/2 vacation rental is tucked in the tree tops, yet just 5 minutes from the middle of Asheville! It is a 2-story duplex, the Upper Berne is a 2/1 open floor plan. The Lower Berne is a 1 bed/1 bath with a screened in porch for warm weather and a fenced-in yard for pets. Free Wi-fi with high-speed internet and large screen Roku tv's. Each unit has its own fully stocked kitchen and entrance. This listing is for the entire Full Berne (Upper & Lower) There is not an interior door connecting the two units.
A large front porch on the upper level with a grill, table and chairs and sitting area as well as an additional side porch add to a tree house feel. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the mountains. We supply all linens, towels and robes.
The Berne Chalet has the location you want when visiting Asheville, with the feeling of being far away from it all on a hillside, yet literally a 3-5 minute drive to downtown Asheville. There are three spacious bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen beds) and two bathrooms. The upper Berne features a 75" smart TV with Roku and Spectrum's new streaming app offering 250 live channels in the living room. All bedrooms have Roku TVs as well. Both kitchens are fully stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, spices, pots & pans, dishes and utensils and more. A washer/dryer is in the queen bedroom closet.
There is a handicap accessible ramp up to the upper level deck and there is parking for 2 vehicles at the house. Guest parking is a short walk away.
