Casa Familia is located near a dead end road across the street from a protected area. Monkeys, birds, and other wildlife can be seen and heard near the house.
Casa Familia is a 2 bed and 2 bath layout with a loft space. The master bedroom has a King bed, a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet; The second bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bathroom; The loft has 2 single beds, ideal for children 8+.
There is a/c in both bedrooms and in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, except for the lack of oven. An outdoor table and chairs, are set on the terrace for your meal. Also a huge couch to relax near the pool.
The house has wireless internet and is secured by bars on all doors and windows. There is also a safe for your valuables.
Casa Familia is situated on the road to la Luna with a short walk to the beach in Pelada and North Guiones. The neighborhood is thriving and active with great restaurants including the famous la Luna. All a short walk away.
Activities within a 5-minute drive or less are: river tour, horseback riding, canopy tour, surf, biological reserve, botanical tour, kayaking. Beach activities are at your doorstep.

The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
