The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful during weekdays, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, wedding events or other celebrations may take place at a nearby venue called Eventos Laureal, located approximately 200 feet (70 meters) from the loft. These events typically last up to 4–5 hours and may include music for about 3–4 hours. All music and group activities end no later than 8:00 PM, in compliance with the property’s quiet hours.
