Summary: The location is peaceful and private and felt safe away from too much hum and noise of the commercial areas. Very gorgeous views every direction you look out with adorable chickens in the back yard. Our host Josh was friendly and understanding. The property being pet friendly was a part of why we chose this rental but we didn't end up bringing our cat because of his sensitive health. The property does have a cat that we saw in the yard. Cute rabbits and lots of beautiful birds and wildlife in the trees. The driveway had convenient parking right out front and no walking by traffic except for the neighborhoods residents. Cute side patio for use was nice to sit outside at night. Air conditioner works well to keep the space cool, works even better if the shades are left down to keep out sun. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with coffee and utensils for making simple meals.
