💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Parties or large gatherings
Unauthorized guests
🎉 No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.

This property is equipped with a gas grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
