Summary: Not great shower water pressure on 11th floor. Bathroom sink faucet about 2 inches from sink cant get in a yeti to fill. Soaps in shower mounted pretty high, hard to dispense. Pillows are overfilled and unusable due to height on neck flexion. Bed comfortable, room adequate. Staff very pleasant.
