ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the benefits of the city.Glen Park BART Station is justa 10-minute walk away, making getting around town super quick and easy.Several parks are within walking distance, as well as the Sunnyside Conservatory, which houses dramatic foliage and gardens and acts as a gathering place for residents and visitors. There are also some good local restaurants onDiamond Street off Kern Street. Gialina is a fantastic pizzeria, and La Corneta Taqueria is good and authentic and has mega portions.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Parking permits required for street parking. Zeus cannot help obtain.
• Please note that this is a 3 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
