Everything is nearby: Pharmacy, Walmart, Publix, Aldis, Liquor store, shopping plaza, Malls, and The great Fort Lauderdale Beach is less than 20 minutes away. The backyard has a wonderful vibe where you can BBQ and have a great time with your family and friends, smoking is allowed however, only outside of the home.
