You have the entire lower level of my mountain chalet which stays cool and comfortable with garage space for security and convenience. (I live upstairs) A large deck with fire pit table and views of the red cliffs appear at your finger tips. A serene spot surrounded by nature, you can relax and savor the moment. However, that being said, be aware this is a dog friendly space and with abundant wildlife around, my dogs sometimes do bark. If you find this objectionable, this may not be the perfect spot for you.
