We offer a fully equipped kitchen that is completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 guests and the living area is large and comfortable. Living area has a sectional sofa with two accent chairs and a flat-screen TV. Walk out your sliding glass door and your're on your way to the beach!
The unit faces the shared pool so you also have very easy access to it. Very private and quiet residential area.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 Twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located in the hallway.
This beautiful and spacious unit has a perfect patio that can offer some shade. An ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the views! The tropical landscaping in this community is well maintained and offers beautiful foliage all around it.
