Double entry doors open to a great room concept living area that flows uninterrupted to the covered lanai and heated pool. Great room with mood & portrait light ceilings is furnished with off white color sofas, a chair with foot rest, entertainment center with 55” smart TV and electric fire place. Entertain friends with the whole home sound system, speakers wired in every room of the house as well as lanai and pool deck. A spacious well equipped kitchen with solid wood cabinets, granite counters and bar, with stainless appliances is at the heart of this home. A formal dining area is just steps away. The study/den is setup as an office. Zero degree 8 ft. sliders pocket back to open up the entire living area to the paver pool deck and the relaxing saltwater heated pool, outdoor dining and lounge area on the screen enclosed paver deck, outdoor shower and Storm Smart shutters.
