Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home with a private and extensively landscaped backyard including a heated pool on a 1/2 acre lot. Great South Florida location. Our home is well appointed and continually being upgraded. Travertine floors, upgraded and well appointed Kitchen. The pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine from mid-morning through the rest of the day including views of beautiful sunsets. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to the pool area. Large ensuite with soaking tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool. 3rd Bedroom includes two twins right next to the third full bathroom. The large open living area with walkout to pool and 65"4K Television/Home entertainment system and High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home as is cable tv. Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. 2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa.
