Summary: We are two families and some friends. We were 8 at one point. 6 most of the time. The house fit perfectly. Three very comfortable bedrooms each with its own bathroom and very welcome air conditioning. Upstairs open air couch desk and hammock. Downstairs open aire kitchen and living space with large dining table. We did most of our own cooking. Wonderful grocery stores very close. Su and Alvaro live in the back with there kids and they were so helpful. Cleaned the house about every 3 days and did laundry! On the property we say howler monkeys, Green Macaws and iguanas.The beach was steps from the property. Every morning we made coffee and sat on beach. The beach was quite all week and fun in the weekend. There's a wonderful little restaurant, La Serena, steps from the property and a bar with Salsa Lessons and lots of fun in the weekend just a few steps farther. Even on the party nights everyone was pretty much done by 8pm. Short drive to whatever you need. Needed to go the health clinic once. It was perfect. We wanted for nothing.
