The property is located between a busy road and an exposed cliff, in a wildlife preserve. Local wildlife may include coyotes, long-tail cats, hawks, snakes, insects, and more. Guests and invitees (both adults and children) must not explore the cliffside for their safety. Guests specifically agree that children and animals will be supervised at all times. The road outside of the property is dangerous for pedestrians (no sidewalk, lack of visibility) and must not be used to walk to the nearby Oasis Texas Brewing Company or the Oasis Restaurant.
