Guest Access:
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, including the fenced-in yard and screened-in porch. The only exceptions are two locked closets which are reserved for owner storage: one in the kitchen and one in the hallway bathroom.

Getting Around:
Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Raeford Road making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
• Security & Protection: We partner with Truvi by SuperHog for independent guest verification. You will be offered the choice to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage, or to provide a refundable $500 security deposit.
• Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 9:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $75 per request, subject to availability.
• Entertainment: The home is equipped with Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom. You can log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Cable television is not provided.
• Security: For your safety and the protection of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises.
