Negative: The time it took for the pre authorisation due the room fee of $364 plus $100 , to be cancelled after I had checked out and paid for the room plus a cookie from the mini bar. I was not informed that it would take 6 days and as I was in Sydney for a hospital admission on day of check out so not having access to money in my account to the tune if $460 in pre authorsations for 7 days post check out was an added stress at this worrying time
