Hidden away in the Cherokee Foothills on beautiful Lake Hartwell, this 1.5 acre multi family paradise has everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation. Take a boat ride to a Clemson game, have drinks on the covered dock or enjoy nature while you relax on the amazing deck overlooking the lake. The Carolina Rose is situated on a deep water cove (always deep water at the end of the dock) and is great for tubing, swimming and playing on one of the many provided floats. There’s also a canoe and paddleboard to enjoy. In addition to the deck that spans the length of the home, you can enjoy coffee on the screened porch overlooking the lake and nestled in the trees. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit making s’mores, playing corn hole or beat your brother in a game of ping pong. When the phones are turned off, enjoy a variety of board games with the family. Drive the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway and pit stop for a hike on one of the hiking trails or visit the waterfalls. The 2400 sq ft open floor plan has 3 levels.
