Summary: So when we booked, we saw that there was an indoor pool. What it does NOT tell you is that the pool is in the main hotel. Not a good idea when it's 30 degrees into to have to walk across a parking lot just to get to the pool and other hotel listed amenities. The site should mention that. Our room had a very small amount of toilet paper and when we called, the front desk was very nice and brought us what we needed. It's a cute hotel but I must say, it wasn't till the morning we realized that the trash can under the sink was never emptied from the last stay and the soap was still in the dish in the shower. So the toilet paper, trash and soap leads me to believe the room really wasn't cleaned from the last guest. Can only hope the sheets were at least changed. Best Western brand, I expected better.
