Brand new A/C installed in April! Super high speed wifi from Comcast! The ground floor boasts a sun-drenched mudroom entrance, fully stocked kitchen, extra-long dining room table, cozy living room, a half bath and even a separate playroom space. The middle floor includes a fully renovated bath, 2 King bedrooms (Purple mattess with adjustable base and a Tempurpedic) with extremely large closets, and even a separate office space complete with entrance to a private rear deck overlooking the completely fenced in backyard. The third floor is the cherry on top with a firetruck-themed room (twin bed) , an additional bedroom with 2 more twin XL’s, and a full bathroom with tub! Washer and dryer are accessible in the basement as well.
