The condo is located in Mesquite Country Club, a resort-style gated community. This is a very popular walking community, just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. Your rental includes access to the Club’s amenities: 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse racquetball courts, tennis courts, restaurant, and cocktail room. There’s a heated pool & spa just steps away from our front door. All guests are provided with covered parking as well. Meticulous touches and modern amenities have been added to the condo to create the perfect desert getaway. Ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and immersing yourself in the Palm Springs experience, our condo features soothing colors that complement the tones of the desert sky. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the patio that overlooks the golf course and stunning mountain range. The kitchen, living and dining rooms have an open floor plan - perfect for spending time with your group. Both bedrooms feature comfy mattresses and soothing linens. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, en suite bathroom, flat screen TV, and sliding doors to the main patio. The second guest room features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and separate patio. There is something very special and welcoming about this quiet and picturesque gated community. GUEST INTERACTION Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. They will take care of everything from check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. They are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours. NEIGHBORHOOD The property is located in the gorgeous Mesquite Country Club community. Nearby attractions include the many restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Palm Springs, the galleries and hot spots of the Uptown Design District, the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Palm Springs Air Museum. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is 11AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request. Please don’t hesitate to ask us if interested. Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest. City of Palm Springs Regulations (we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!) - Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 8 people. - Overnight occupancy is 4 people. - Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. - No parties are allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call the city hotline with any disturbances. Noise violations can result in local authorities coming to the property, as well as guests being fined. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. This will be taken care of during check-in. - The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% transient occupancy tax for stays 28 days or less. If your stay is 29 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid. - If a guest violates the city rules and a fine is imposed, the guest will be responsible for the payment of the fine. Small pets are allowed, for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet (2 pets max) and must be approved/paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $250 fee. We can arrange pre-arrival groceries for an additional fee...just let us know a few days in advance!
