Well appointed, spacious, newly remodeled and furnished downstairs private guest suite in an exceptional area. Easy, unrestricted, nearby, safe parking on street. Private entrance. New king bed. Cedar wood hot rock sauna, large television, kitchen, and its own washer/dryer. Access to a shared private pool and jacuzzi. Private patio with chairs and table. Barbecue outside. No children or pets please. No smoking at any time inside. All basic amenities provided.
The Space:
Stone tile floor, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, and range. Iron and ironing board. Enter through the automatic main driveway gate and its own private entrance with key codes. Self-check in at any hour. Host lives in the main house and is usually available. The Suite is quiet and private but not always silent as it is part of the main house.
Guest Access:
Parking is on the street in the front and there are no restrictions. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. As you walk down the driveway, there is a lit address sign in the front planter bed to your left. Proceed through the main gate (code will be provided) to the Suite which will be to your left just past the main house with a blue door off the patio. The door is opened with a provided code. Welcome letter is inside.
Other things to note:
While staying in the Suite, you have full access to the pool and jacuzzi. But please know that the pool deck area and furniture are kindly reserved for the Pool House guests (another listing I have here on VRBO) at all times to respect their privacy (only if there are guests- if there are not, please enjoy). In other words, you are completely welcome to use the pool and jacuzzi at any time but please do not set up on the pool deck. Thank you for your understanding!
