Viking) accommodating 8. Large deck for lounging, heated pool, beautiful landscaping, beach nearby. Bonus cottage accommodating 3 more, bringing total to 11. There's a new finished basement and fresh updates throughout for 2026. US OPEN: Easy walk to train station, shuttle to golf course, NO car needed.
Rare historic VILLAGE property (not to be confused with the TOWN of Southampton, a larger municipality including Water Mill, Bridgehampton, etc...) updated with beautiful kitchen, high-end bathrooms and open living/dining room area. Modern amenities with old-world charm. For the summer of 2026 we will have a finished basement available for kids or adults to hang out. The entire house will also be updated and freshly painted.
Large deck overlooks great backyard with professional landscaping and healthy salt water large pool (open April-Sept). Pool heater is available, propane fuel extra cost. Backyard is securely fenced in, making it ideal for young children to safely roam and play.
The included cottage at the back of the property has two bedrooms accommodating 3 guests. Perfect for guests with a baby/small child, or others seeking privacy.
An excellent restaurant is just around the corner, with all other village restaurants and shops (including the original Tates bakery and extraordinary Citarella gourmet market) an easy stroll. No car needed to enjoy Southampton Village.
US Open Fans: our property is about 3 miles from Shinnecock Hill Golf Course. We are a 5 min walk from the Southampton Train Station, which will have shuttles to and from Shinnecock Golf Course. You do NOT need a car for the US Open!
