Condo sleeps 7. King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed and twin XL bed (same length as queen bed) in the guest bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bed linens and towels are included in the totals during summer months. Includes, sheets, pillowcases, and light quilt or light comforter, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, kitchen towels, and beach/pool towels.
NOTE:
WHEN LINENS ARE PROVIDED, THE TOP QUILT/LIGHT COMFORTER IS ALWAYS LAUNDERED AFTER EVERY RENTAL.... (Most property owners and rental companies only wash the top quilt/blanket "when needed"....) You can bring your own linens and towels and save the $175.00 charge. I may need to revise the quote before you request to book, so please let me know if you want to bring your own linens and towels or have them provided.

Our condos in Ocean Keyes are a short walk to the beach. You can also walk to Fat Harold's, Ducks, The Spanish Galleon, Pirate's Cove, as well as, all the restaurants, and shops located along Main Street and Ocean Drive..
*Towels and bed linens are provided during the summer months. (Memorial Day thru Labor Day.) You can bring your own bed linens and towels and save the $175.00 charge. If you want to bring your own linens, I will need to adjust the price before you request to book the condo.
Departure cleaning is $150.00. The refundable security deposit is $200.00
*** We own 2 condos in Ocean Keyes, but only own 1 golf cart. We purchased a NEW 2022 Golf Cart. Please send an inquiry and ask if our golf cart is available or if it has already been reserved with our other condo. It makes getting back and forth to the beach fast and super easy. With the golf cart, you can park in the paid lots along Ocean Blvd for FREE. Otherwise, it is $4.00 per hour. ***
Toiletries are provided year round with all nightly and weekly rentals. Toiletries include: 1 roll of paper towels, bath tissue, aluminum foil, saran wrap, sandwich baggies, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen. (Not Provided With Monthly Rentals)
We also provide secure high speed wifi along with expanded cable with high definition cable boxes in the living Room and both bedrooms YEAR ROUND. Expanded cable includes: HD Channels, Primetime on Demand, and SHOWTIME.
KID FRIENDLY !!!. PACK n' PLAY, HIGH CHAIR, 4 BEACH CHAIRS, IGLOO PLAYMATE COOLER, BEACH TOYS, AND POOL NOODLES ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE. (Please plan to bring your beach umbrella with you.)

Located in Building #31, you back to a pool complete with hot tub, kiddie pool, and the fitness center. It is a short walk to the beach, or you may drive and take advantage of FREE public beach parking located all along Ocean Drive which is easily accessed through the back gated entrance to Ocean Keyes located on Hillside Drive.
The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a NEW 65" 4k SONY LCD TV and a Blu-ray DVD player.
There is a full-sized HE washer and dryer in the Condominium as well as an iron and ironing board.
The kitchen features granite counter tops and is fully equipped with a smooth-top range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, a 10 cup coffeemaker, a Keurig coffeemaker, air fryer, blender, toaster, pot and pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.
The master suite comes with a king bed, a 40" HD TV and DVD player, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan & bath with tile flooring & a 6' foot tub/shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin XL. A large flat screen TV, and a full bath a shower and tile flooring. The twin XL bed is the same length as a queen bed. The guest bedroom can sleep 3 adults or makes a great space for the kids..
Ocean Keyes features 6 swimming pools, 4 kiddie pools, 6 hot tubs, a fitness center, and a recreation room with an LCD TV, card tables, and a pool table. There are also 2 tennis courts. One of the tennis courts is marked for pickle ball. (There are additional public pickle ball courts a short distance from Ocean Keyes) There are barbecue areas with gas grills, picnic tables, walking paths throughout the community, and a large lake.
Ocean Keyes is also connected to the city wide bike path system. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed.
The Myrtle Beach area features nearly 100 golf courses, restaurants, miniature golf courses, theaters, as well as some of the best shopping on the east coast including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and the Coastal Grand Mall.
Some of the most popular attractions include The Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, The House of Blues, The Palace Theatre at Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, I-Max Theater, Celebrity Square, Hard Rock Cafe, and numerous Night Clubs.
