Looking for an easy and tranquil countryside retreat? This cozy one bedroom country cottage is set on a private ranch in Corral de Tierra. Enjoy the sounds of nature while being just 20 minutes away from the activities of the Monterey Peninsula. Window views of the private orchard and you are welcome to pick fruit from any of the trees if it is that time of year (apples, pears, etc)! We can also share some of our freshly laid chicken eggs in the mornings upon request.The house has one King Bed in the bedroom as well as a twin sized daybed in that room. The couch in the living room can fold out into a futon set up for additional sleeping space if needed. There is one full bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower) attached to the bedroom that was just recently updated. The house is private, secluded, and nestled between 100 year old oak trees. Enjoy some fresh air and the stars – no traffic or city noise at night. ONLY 10 minutes to Laguna Seca Raceway, 15 minutes to Carmel Valley destinations, and 20 minutes Carmel and Monterey.
