Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas representative at check-in. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 8 pm via group chat. Messages sent after 8 pm will be addressed the following morning starting at 8:30 am. The home and digital guidebook have all of the emergency phone numbers and information needed in the event of an emergency.
The home is located in the town of Ojochal. The property is approximately 10 minutes from some of Costa Rica's best restaurants (Citrus, Exotica) and a local bar for live music (Los Gatos Locos).
Guests will be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in. Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 9:30 pm there is a $50 fee, paid in cash at the time of arrival, and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.
The home is completely private with no shared spaces.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor - the Owner's Suite and the Bunk Room.
The Owner's Suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
Bedroom #2 is the "Bunk room". This room has air conditioning and a bunk-bed set with a single on top and a double on bottom.
Upstairs there is a loft with Bed #3 which is a queen size bed. The loft space is large and open.
Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Guests will need a 4x4 vehicle to arrive at the property.
