Our house is situated right in the middle of Fresno's most exciting neighborhoods, Tower District and Fresno High, with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, parks and entertainment venues within a very short walk. Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee at a favorite local coffee shop Kuppa Joy, catch a fresh and healthy lunch at our local bistro Moto, or indulge yourself to a sweet treat with artisan ice cream at Ampersand, all under a 5 minute walk from the house. Within10 minutes, you can enjoy a walk to all of Tower District's restaurants, music venues, antique stores, art galleries and street festivals as well as Fresno's historic High School and Community College.

The freshly landscaped yard includes several seating areas as well as a large, fully fenced-in area off the French doors to keep the kids and your furry friends safe from the pool. Guests will have access to the backyard areas excluding those that are posted to keep out.
Please note: This property has a caretaker that lives on site full-time in a separate unit with no access to the house nor the fenced-in portion of the yard. The caretaker looks after the pool, garden and property maintenance. Other than occasional yard/pool work in the morning, the caretaker does his best to provide a great experience and not to disturb our guests.
