The condo features vinyl planking/tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the standardappliances and fully stocked with everything one may need to prepare meals for the duration of theirstay if they choose. Open floor plan with a dining room off kitchen all overlooking the living room. Comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), a large 55 HD Smart TV (WI-FI and cable) and wonderful deckwith plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or morning coffee. The primary bedroom suiteoffers a king bed with walk-in closet and TV (WI-FI and cable) and bathroom with tiled tub/shower andwasher/dryer combo. Take our 2 bikes for a spin down to the beach or around our beautiful island. Unit comes equipped witheverything the family would need (beach chairs, wagon, pack n play, highchair, toys, cooler and beachtowels).
