This home is located in a quiet, residential, and very walkable neighborhood of Hapeville Atlanta.
Walk to downtown Hapeville restaurants and Arches Brewery!
Hapeville works hard to maintain its quaint charm. Much of the Hapeville area has undergone renovation, and its Downtown section is now officially on the National Register of Historic Places. Porche, the original Chik Fil A Dwarf House and Delta Airlines call Hapeville home.
If you are staying around the Hapeville area, it is very walkable.
Both the airport and downtown Atlanta are available by car or train. Hop on the Atlanta MARTA train at the nearby East Point station.
One parking space
There is a very wide side street to the house that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Please be sure to park in the direction of traffic and do not park on the lawn.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.
? PETS
We just love furbabies but unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at this time. If you are caught bringing a pet, you will be issued a $300 fine
MINIMUM AGE LIMIT
We require that the guest be 25 years old or older to rent this home. If you book and you are under the age of 25, you will need to cancel the reservation.
? NO PARTIES
No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the cops. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.
LONG TERM STAYS
Reservations over a month long will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee of $75.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge.
OUTDOOR GATE ACCESS
** Please note that guests will not have access to the gate and that there will be a fine if guests use it without prior approval.
? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.
