Indulge in the modern comforts of this newly refreshed 1st & ground floor unit. Enjoy your morning coffee outback on the sun drenched deck. The apartment is well appointed with a full kitchen, two king bedrooms each with a Smart TV, a living room with Smart TV and pull out queen bed, a full bathroom on the main level and full bathroom on the ground floor plus laundry room. We are just a short walk down the hill to Main Street where you'll find a plethora of locally owned shops and restaurants.
The Space:
IMPORTANT: You must be able to climb one spiral staircase to reach the ground floor and about 6 steps to reach the front door. Guests with mobility challenges should consider before booking. From the building's front door, the apartment door is immediately on your right. As you enter the apartment, you'll find the living room with a 65 inch Smart TV (Netflix provided) and pull out queen sofa. There is also a table that seats four. You will be able to log into any of your own channel subscriptions via apps on the TV. The kitchen is ahead with a door leading outside to the spacious, southwestern facing deck as well as the spiral staircase that leads downstairs. Continue to the left from the living room, and you'll find a cozy king bedroom with a very comfortable 12 inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress. To the right, is a full bathroom. Our standing shower has great water pressure and a nice, clean glass shower door for an open and airy (yet private) shower experience.
Continue downstairs, where you'll find the second king bedroom, a 55 inch Roku smart TV, en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a door that leads to the driveway on this floor.
Please note, this is a 3-unit building. Reasonable, everyday noises are expected outside of quiet hours.
Guest Access:
Upon entering the building, this unit is accessed by private entrance and the apartment is located on the first and ground floors of the building. Enjoy full access to our entire apartment. Parking is included. All doors are accessible with keypad smart locks.

Lauded as one of the most desirable and safest places to live in Philadelphia, Manayunk is full of small town charm with all the conveniences of the big city. Restaurants and locally owned businesses line Main Street which is just a short walk from our apartment. We are located in a quiet residential area of Manayunk and we expect our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and treat our home like their own.
Getting Around:
Want to explore Center City, Philadelphia? The train station is a short walk from the apartment and will take you to Center City in under 20 minutes. Uber/Lyft is also readily available. If you are feeling adventurous, rent a bike from Human Zoom on Main Street and ride up Kelly Drive along the Schuylkill River toward the city for a trip you will never forget.

**Stairs - There is one set of spiral stairs within this unit and 6 steps to reach the front door. Please take extra caution when going up and down the stairs.**
