A full dining area, living room, family room and modern open kitchen. Open and comfortable layout with all the perks. It boasts a beautiful new private pool, lush landscape and fully stocked kitchen.
Kitchen-fully stocked with dishware, bakeware, pots/pans, wide fridge, glass stovetop and double oven. Also stocked with coffee, creamers and spices. Ample cabinetry with plenty of storage space.
Dining - Dining table that seats 8. Also, a kitchen bar with 3 pull-up bar chairs.
Living room-plenty of natural light, comfy sofas and their own TV.

All spaces in the home are accessible to the guests including full laundry room. No access to garage. Private parking in the front.
We love to meet and greet our guests, but in the event we are unable to meet, and access keypad code will be issued for self check-in.
House has exterior video surveillance at front and back of home.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet house elevated from street below. On main street to beach, but not busy enough to hear it. Lots of beautiful historical homes are rowed along this palm tree lined street. Friendly neighbors, quiet and lovely.
We are 10 minutes from the famous Hollywood boardwalk, featuring lots of restaurants, shops, live music and more!
10 Minutes to Margaritaville resort, beaches and downtown Hollywood.
Getting Around:
Hollywood has public transit, a city trolley, and bike rentals at the beach. Parking for beach can be done on the street for a fee or in garages along the US 1. Closest one is the Margaritaville resort garage, located in the resort. Prices vary with season and day of the week. Many use UBER for getting around as it is very quick and inexpensive.

*Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to home/pool area. We reserve the right to enter to make such repairs. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

I live local and like to greet guests as they arrive or I can offer a self checkin with a lock box/keycode. House has a full alarm system. I will be in contact the entire stay for any help or questions.
We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code.
