It was built for outdoor entertaining with 3500 sq ft out of bluestone patios, swimming pool/hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, orchards, raised vegetable beds, and chicken run with egg laying hens (except in the winter). The house has a wheelchair ramp to a wheelchair friendly bedroom and bathroom, gym, home office with high speed Wifi, printer/scanner, and 3 desks in various rooms. It is located close to amenities and wineries.
