With 4 bedrooms, you have your choice on either floor! On the bottom level there is one bedroom equipped with a queen bed and next-door access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed. All have hallway access to a shared bathroom.

After you book, you'll be required to complete a short-term rental registration form provided by the HOA after booking. This form must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival, or a $75 late registration processing fee is charged. If you have not completed the form 24 hours prior to check-in, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.

We've got your convenience covered from the moment you check-in. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive a gate pass that opens the door to every section of our welcoming HOA community. Whether you wish to explore different parts of the neighborhood or take advantage of various amenities, you'll have the freedom to do so effortlessly.
Parking is a breeze throughout the community. You'll find free parking available at all of our sparkling pools and other fantastic amenities. Whether you're heading to the beach, mini-golf, or one of our swimming pools, rest assured that you'll have a convenient spot to park your vehicle.
When you return to your home away from home, you'll find ample parking space in the driveway, accommodating up to four cars. Please note that street parking is not permitted within the community. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, ensuring your stay is as smooth as possible.
Other Things to Note:
We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community the home is in asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.
Throughout the home, you'll find technology in use to make your stay safe and enjoyable. Things like electronic door locks, smart thermostats, and security cameras which are outside the home facing the front and side, recording audio and video will need wifi to function correctly.
Wildlife Safety:
The community has wildlife, including black bears. Normally, they don't bother you, but it is good to be mindful that they are there and to remember to keep food and garbage secure. Hosts and homeowners are not liable for any interactions with wildlife, including, but not limited to, bears, deer, skunks, and squirrels.
