Please, no smoking inside the condo and no pets inside the condo or on the premises. This is a family friendly community, so if interested in partying or bringing home "guests" this is not the right place for you. The condo association has a very strict policy about renters bringing home guests. If I am not informed of the total number of guests, then the security guards will not allow your guest(s) on the property.
Furthermore, they will only only 8 different people to enter the condo premises for the entire duration of your stay. For example, if there are 6 people in your party, then you will be allowed 2 guests.
