A charming 2-bedroom apartment, which takes the upper level of a two floor structure in this Matambu complex, nestled in the heart of Costa Rica, offering an authentic Costa Rican experience. Guest can further enrich their stay with the use of the shared pool and enjoy the tropical landscape this property provides.
Our cozy Rancho offer is two bedrooms, one bathroom wooden rustic style cabin, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural sunlight floods the space adding to the area ambience, perfect for relaxation. One bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, The second bedroom and the living room remain naturally cool with the help of fans, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Outside, you'll discover a lush tropical garden teeming with life, boasting towering banana, papaya, and majestic mango trees. Dive into the refreshing waters of our lovely pool or unwind in the cozy lounge area surrounded by greenery and wildlife.
Immerse yourself in the tropical lifestyle with just a 15-minute drive to Playa Grande beach, renowned for its fantastic eateries, world-class surfing, and proximity to Las Baulas National Park, a haven for leatherback turtle nesting. For those seeking additional adventure, the vibrant town of Tamarindo is just a 20-minute drive away, offering a plethora of amenities and activities to explore. Venture 15 minutes north and discover the famous Conchal Beach, renowned for its unique shoreline made of tiny white shells and turquoise waters.
Travelling with a larger group and need more space? We offer flexible rental options to accommodate your needs. We 1) two 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom studios, 2) a private 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with own kitchen, or 3) rent the entire property 6 bedrooms in total. Inquire within for these options.
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
