Positive: I loved that it was well stocked with all the items we needed and it went above and beyond by providing shampoo/conditioner & body wash, plenty of paper towels & garbage bags, coffee, and creamers. The management company was amazing to work with and texted for easy communication. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and the entire place felt nice and clean, especially for being a pet friendly home.

Negative: The envelope to give the house cleaner a tip upon arrival was a little off putting. We had paid quite a bit of money to rent the place and arriving at a clean home should be a bare minimum expectation not something that we should have to show extra appreciation for by giving a tip.

Summary: We felt right at home in this clean, comfortable home. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again.
