Bedroom 2: King Room features a king sized bed lake views from two sides, sliding glass doors to oversized screened porch, ceiling fan, HDTV and a closet. Bedroom 3: Bunk Room has two sets of bunk beds (so four twin beds total), a giant picture window on one side and sliding doors on another all with lake views and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 4: The Loft, has an amazing view of Paw Paw Lake, a trundle style bed with two twin sized mattresses, a closet and a privacy screen. In addition, home also has one full sized and one twin sized air mattress both with bedding.
There are plenty of windows and lighting throughout the house. The Family room has lake views, HDTV, a sectional, a fireplace and sliding doors onto the screened porch.
There are three completely remodeled full sized bathrooms.
The large Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are part of the open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and lake views all around, The Living room has an HDTV, sectional and seating area at oversized picture window. The large Dining room seats 10. Both have sliding glass doors that spill out onto the 45' long deck which faces the lake. The deck has a patio set that seats 7 and a BBQ Grill. There are ceiling fans and windows throughout the home for those lake breezes. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops and all new appliances. The home has all new flooring. There is a second large outdoor deck adjacent to the Kitchen with a patio set for 7. This deck faces the hill behind the house. The Family Room has a fireplace, HDTV, views of the lake and sliding glass doors onto the screened in porch. The huge screened porch has a cozy seating area and a foosball table and amazing views. There is an attached garage and plenty of parking (there is also a paved area on the side of the home that could accommodate a boat trailer).
