Nestled into the coastline of Lake Ogleton off of the Chesapeake, this five-bedroom waterfront home with a pool, spa, and private pier features walls of windows and newly renovated interior and exterior spaces to enjoy your coffee during the sunrise. You are only five miles from historic downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy. Swim, boat, paddleboard, bike, run, and more in this sought-after neighborhood.
The porch and balcony are where you will spend most of your time taking in the Chesapeake Bay. The back patio and gardens offer alfresco dining with a Green Egg grill, a new gas grill, and a beautiful Pottery Barn table with seating for six. The overhead fan will keep you nice and cool. Three firepits (two gas) are available for your use - one off the main bedroom balcony and another poolside, and a wood-burning firepit down by the dock.
Enjoy the many spaces this fantastic home has to offer! The warm main-level living area looks out to the Bay with an oversized comfy couch, leather chairs, and fireplace. The lower-level sitting room boasts more Bay views with a couch, armchairs with ottomans, and a fireplace. Downstairs, you can also find the theatre room with a Murphy bed, a large sectional, and a big-screen TV. The large and bright kitchen is open to the rest of this floor for continuous views of the Bay. All top-of-the-line, new stainless steel appliances. There is a Jenn Air induction cooktop on the island and double wall ovens. Find gorgeous cabinetry and granite surfaces, an eat-in kitchen bar with seating for three, a prep island with sink, a wall-mounted kitchen TV, and seating. The kitchen opens to the dining table, or you can dine poolside at the large table. The kitchenette area on the lower level has a sink, mini-fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Perfect for making popcorn for a movie night or preparing drinks and snacks to enjoy poolside.
The primary bedroom opens to a balcony where you can relax on the outdoor couch, soaking up all the beautiful lake views. A guest bedroom has a TV and an entrance to the patio and pool area. Additional amenities include a Sonos system, five 4K Samsung QLED TVs, and free WiFi via FIOS Internet. All TVs are smart TVs.

This home is not appropriate for events or gatherings of more than 25 people due to parking and neighborhood restrictions.
