This three bedroom home with a pull-out bed in the loft can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It is located on Lake Barkley, just 3.2 miles from the Lake Barkley Lodge and all of its amenities (excellent boat ramp and dock, golf, tennis, dining, beach, fitness center, and gift shop.) The house is located in Blue Spring Bay offering fishing and water sport opportunities. The master suite located upstairs has a king bed with a walk-in closet and spacious bath. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds with a walk-in closet. The rental does not include the lower walk-out level, which is a separate apartment with no shared access used by the owners occasionally on weekends.
The house is completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen with an ice maker, trash compactor, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Enjoy cable tv and free wifi with a highspeed connection.
There is a lovely screened porch on the side of the home that is always shaded with a table and chairs for dining al fresco! There is also a deck with a table and chairs and a gas grill perfect for gazing on the lake while grilling. You will have complete access to one slip in our community dock. However, the dock is not equipped with running water or electricity. There is also a firepit located down by the driveway.
The location is terrific for golfers. It is only 2 miles from Boots Randolph Golf Course. You are also close to Cadiz, a charming town with several antique shops, small grocery stores, and restaurants. Bring your water toys and enjoy the lake. Turkey Bay at LBL has ATV/SXS riding.
