The Neighborhood:
Home is located at the end of the street with a boat launch around the corner. The neighborhood is close to town.
Other Things to Note:
In most cases, fireplaces are not operational.
The house is a 10 minute drive to downtown Seneca with its great restaurants, brewery and coffee shop. The South Cove County Park is 7 minutes and open to the public with tennis / pickleball courts, boat landings and a visitors’ center. The Lake Keowee Marina and the Tiki Hut is a quick boat ride away and the Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana is a 20-minute boat ride.
Clemson and Death Valley are a 20-minute drive and because the house is west of Clemson, there is significantly less gameday traffic into the stadium and parking areas when coming from this direction.
If Lake Keowee isn't quite enough, Lake Jocassee is about 1/2 hour away. Lake Jocassee is a unique and uniquely
beautiful mountain lake that feeds into Lake Keowee. The damming of Lake Jocassee was the actual basis for the book and movie "Deliverance".
There is a $2000 (prior to taxes) event fee added to the reservation if hosting an event at the home.
