Summary: I rated our stay average because our room was clean but never got service for the 3 nights we stayed. When my husband asked the housekeeper, she gave him only one towel. Our sleep was average due to the less than pillows we had on our bed. The breakfast area was too crowded with kids due to a cheerleading conference, no fault of the hotel. This led to the breakfast area overcrowded, messy and food horribly picked over. Since we did not hang the do not disturb sign on our door, the least we could have gotten was a room that was cleaned or refreshened daily.
