The main house is a two story modern farm house style with 4 bedrooms (Master BR is the only bedroom on the second floor, has a walk-in shower, a bath tub, a huge closet and a sitting area/library with a couch (with a pull out double bed) and chairs), 4 bathrooms (all en-suite), living room, a formal dinning area (seating for 10), great kitchen design with several sitting areas, large counter, breakfast table (seating for 6) and top of the line appliances, a large laundry room overlooking the garden, all hardwood floors throughout and is beautifully furnished.
The house and outside is equipped with full internet and wireless service, a printer, a fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, bar with a wine storage refrigerator, a 75” LED TV in the great room/kitchen, a 50" LED TV in the master bedroom along with Sonos throughout the house and outside. A 3,500 sq. ft. barn has a new gym (Peloton, Lifemaster treadmill, elliptical, Universal station, recumbent bike, dumbbells, TRX, outside deck for yoga, 50” LED TV), a golf net, a ping-pong table, a dart board and a corn toss setup. There are also four Trek bikes for biking in the immediate area.
There is a large walk around front porch area with a small table (four chairs) which is great for morning coffee as the sun rises and the birds are chirping. In the back is a large deck with a cooking area (large Weber grill), dining table (seating for 12), extensive comfortable seating, large umbrellas with easy access to the great room/kitchen. Additionally, on the other side of the pool there are two beautiful arbors each with an overhead fan, Restoration Hardware furniture (including a card table) and lights. Behind the arbors in the vineyard there is a trellis with two large dining tables (16 seats), lights around the trellis, for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the new pool is a large lawn leading to a raised garden.
The salt water swimming pool has been completely renovated with beautiful limestone surrounding the pool and leading to the two arbors and the trellis. The pool has an in pool hot tub and new solar cover. The pool can be heated in the winter (there will be an additional charge if the entire pool is heated in the winter). There is an outside shower close to the pool. A Finnish sauna has recently been installed across from the outside shower.
The property landscaping has been substantially upgraded over the past few years with the following: 23-45 year old olive trees were imported (many lining the new, longer “chip seal” entrance and courtyard to the property), added pistache and evergreen oak trees, 2 acres of vineyard in the front and back, extensive lavender, "little ollies", roses and other plantings added throughout the property. Walking paths have been added thru the vineyard. Spectacular outside lighting has been added throughout the property.
Property has a 22KW generator (Generac) with a dedicated 500 gallon propane tank.
