Blue Turtle is a spacious 5 bedroom 2 ½ bath pet friendly home located in a quiet beach neighborhood. This professionally decorated home has everything you need for the most comfortable and exciting vacation. The spacious layout features an open kitchen, dining & living space perfect for a quick getaway or long term luxury. The 5 spacious bedrooms include two luxurious primary suites, one on each level. The garage is a game room with a pool table, basketball hoop, air hockey, foosball, and TV. Blue Turtle's backyard oasis is privacy fenced in with a fire pit nook. The private and completely screened in pool, patio and gas grill allow for endless days and nights for you to enjoy the beautiful Jacksonville Beach climate. If you choose to venture out, beach chairs are waiting for you in the garage. Explore the local attractions, restaurants and beaches that are only a short bike or car ride away.
This home is dressed with HDTV, WiFi, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig, crock pot, and toaster; all you need is food. It also has a full size washer and dryer and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds. Towels and beach towels are also provided. Only 1.2 miles to the beach and minutes from many stores and restaurants.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use the pool at their own risk. ***
