Summary: The room was very well maintained, spotless. I’ve stayed here nearly a half dozen times. This time I was on the third floor that was accessible by the lobby elevators. This side of the property was extremely loud at night. A lot of trucks, semis & construction noise outside in the street. Things didn’t quiet down until well after midnight. I’ll return to the Dream. But not this side of the hotel. I believe it’s the portion right on 16th. If I’m ever offered a room here, I’ll decline it
